We are available when any inquiry or question comes up. We are all usually working close by, so we will mostly always be available when needed. Don't hesitate to contact us! The house is located in a calm neighborhood. Since it's not a well-known beach, it's rarely crowded. It is also a very safe place, near the police station and hospitals. If you are lucky enough, you might be able to see dolphins swimming from afar. If you wish to rent a vehicle, we provide parking for up to two people close to the premises. In addition to the beach on which the house is located, near it are two of the most beautiful/popular beaches in Puerto Rico (one of them being of the top 20 most beautiful beaches in the World). Rompeolas Beach and its restaurant are 5 minutes away within walking distance. Crashboat Beach is found 7 minutes away by car. There aren't any public taxis in the area, but with a simple search on the internet, you can find taxis. Because all the possible places of interest are close by and accessible, it isn't necessary. Places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are a small distance away from the house. PARKING: Guests of this house will have exclusive access to two private parking spots, crossing the street. When your check-in day comes around, we will send you more details about this. * Aside from this, you also have the choice to park in the street, facing north. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping provided. The place will be cleaned thoroughly before your arrival. Clean sheets and towels will be provided in the unit. If your stay is longer than 10 days, you can request a mid-stay cleaning service for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Place trash in the trash can (located next to the house) daily to keep a clean home. Other things to note: All our guests must be aware of Puerto Rico’s constant electrical outages. We are not responsible nor obligated to accommodate or reimburse for an electrical problem. Our shower heater is powered up with solar energy. Puerto Rico is an island in the Caribbean which results in a lot of heavy rain most days, therefore, some days your water may not be as hot. We are not responsible for weather conditions in the area. This rental agreement is for the exclusive use of the unit by guests, and the unit may not be sublet or assigned to any other third party without the approval of the host.
