Casita Boutique has 7 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms with hot water showers, living room with sofas, chairs, board games, large dining table, fast wifi throughout the property, desk for laptops, patio equipped with chairs and tables (with umbrella), equipped kitchen and a balcony. Here are some details of the rooms: - Room 1 and 2: Located on the second floor, large size, very comfortable queen-size bed, flat screen TV, cable, full closet, windows overlooking the city and the interior patio. - Room 3: Located on the second floor, it has a single bed, drawers, bedside table, windows, mirror. - Room 4 and 5: Located on the third floor, wood finishes and details, large double bed, windows overlooking the city and access to the balcony, mirrors, flat screen TV and cable. - Room 6: Located on the third floor, small size, windows, large double bed, full bathroom incorporated in the room, flat screen TV with cable. - Room 7: On the third floor, single bed, with interior windows, mirror, bedside table and fan. Our guests have access to the 3 levels of the house. We make sure we have all the basic utensils that are needed to cook an excellent dinner! : - We have a small dining room inside the kitchen to cook and entertain at the same time. - 1 regular oven - 1 microwave -4-burner kitchen - Kitchen elements such as pots, pans, teapot, drainer, corks, plates of various sizes among others. - Sufficient knives, forks, spoons and plates for all the people of the group. -Enjoy freshly brewed coffee in the coffee maker. We also have an interior patio which has a small garden, tables and chairs with a sun umbrella to spend the day, enjoy the sun and drinks. We have darts and jenga to play outdoors. I will be waiting for our guests upon their arrival to show them all the facilities and give them the keys. Will be checking up and available to assist you at any time. We are located in a safe neighborhood, with many green areas, 10 blocks away from the Kennedy Park, with many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. We are 5 minutes from the Casa Ricardo Palma Museum, which preserves the cultural legacy of the writer who portrayed the Peru of yesteryear in his famous "Peruvian Traditions"; And the Huaca Pucllana, archaeological bastion of the ancestral culture of Lima. We are one block away from shops, cafes, laundries and 3 blocks away from a supermarket, banks, exchange money houses and all kind of bussiness. It is possible to park at the street, on our entrance we have space for 1 car. You can take the bus right in our corner and all kind of transportation on the parallel street. We have enough space so that you can dine all together, or meet to chat, watch TV, have an afternoon of games or go exploring the city. We are 10 blocks away from downtown Miraflores, 3 blocks from the sea and we have shops, restaurants and cafes in the surrondings.
