Our apartment is located in the ground floor of the house, with a private entrance and a backyard that offers nature and privacy. We live upstairs and we try our best to keep noise at a minimum (we have a toddler). Just a 10 minute walk to the Kensico Dam Plaza and its gorgeous views. Close to the bus stop, North White Plains Station and all major highways. A very convenient commute to NYC, centrally located in lower Westchester County, and close to all downtown White Plains has to offer. We are committed to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned after every guest, and clean bedding & towels are provided for every new guest. It is self check-in. Our space is big enough for just one dog (we are unable to accommodate cats at this time).As always, we do our best to make you feel welcome at our place! Our apartment is private, surrounded by nature, close to the park and local businesses. Guests have the whole apartment to themselves. Guests are welcome to use the fenced backyard and picnic table. Free street parking available right in front of home, except from November 15 to April 1 (town ordinance). From November 15 to April 1, guests can park on property driveway (up to one car). Driveway is shared with owner (host). We live upstairs but give guests their space. We try our best to keep quiet, but keep in mind we have toddlers and guests may hear them running around from time to time. We are available when needed either in person or via phone/text. Our home is located close to many outdoor activities such as hiking, Halloween fairs, and a 30 minute drive to New York City. Our home is in a suburban area giving you access to city life and country life when desired. At the same time, we are within walking distance to Stop and Shop, Ralph’s Italian Ices, Grapes the Wine Company, Dunkin Donuts, and local Italian restaurants.
