You can keep up your condition in our gym which has an eliptical cross trainer, an ab bench, weights and yoga mats. If this apartment is unavailable, ask for our other apartments or rooms. We are located in a quiet cobble stone street at walking distance of all main tourist attractions. We live in one of the apartments and we are always around for our guests. We can recommend restaurants, museums and excursions in and around Antigua or assist you with ordering an Uber-taxi or Take-away 😉 In one of the apartments we have our virtual translation agency which allows us to work from home. In the office we work with 4 young project managers (from the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Canada). They can also help you out with any question you have. Our cleaning ladies Cristy and Jazmin are always around. They check your apartment every day to see if you need anything like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, kitchen towels, garbage bags, etc... They change your bed linen and towels minimum once a week. They can wash your clothes, go to the market or cook for you as an additional service. Our maintenance guys Yonni and Victor are around to take care of the garden and to fix anything that needs to be fixed in no time. We are located in the north side of town in a quiet U-turn street where there is almost no traffic. This is a residential neighborhood where the locals will greet you in the streets. At just a couple of blocks walking you will find the bustling town with all kinds of restaurants, bars, local businesses and tourist attractions like the ruins. For those who are interested in studying Spanish, the Spanish Antigueña Academy with its beautiful gardens is located in our block, so very convenient. Antigua Guatemala is a relatively small town and you can walk the whole historic center by foot. The Municipal Market is only 5 minutes walking and the Central Park is 10 minutes walking. Bring good shoes as it can be a challenge to walk on the old cobblestone streets. ¡Yes there is Uber in Antigua! Uber can take you for about 3 USD anywhere into town, and about 6 USD for the surrounding villages. There is bus stop at the corner of our street, where you can take a chicken bus to the central bus station, from where you can take another chicken bus to the surrounding villages. For far distances we recommend tourist shuttles which you can book with us. We offer shuttles to lake Atitlan, beach Monterrico, capital Guatemala, etc… In order to visit Tikal we recommend taking an airplane with the national airline company Tag Airlines from Guatemala City to Flores. The flight takes 1 hour and costs about 250 USD both ways. We have the best internet in Antigua, with an internet speed of 30MB/second. We have a professional Ubiquity networks that distributes the internet all over the complex in a very stable way. Each apartment has 2 routers and the common areas also have their routers.
