This cozy well-equipped flat, located on a quiet street in the center of Miraflores, is ideal for getting to know this beautiful tourist district. A few steps from the Malecón Cisneros, where you will enjoy walks with wonderful views of the sea, the iconic Larcomar located on the cliff, and also the bohemian neighborhood. Close to the emblematic Kennedy Park, tourist bus, tourist office and shopping center with restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, etc. and quick access to the beaches. The apartment is very cozy and spacious (70 m2). It is well furnished and equipped for you to spend a great stay feeling as if you were at home. It is located in Miraflores, the tourist neighborhood of Lima, which in addition to being a safe place where you can go out in peace at all times, offers innumerable attractions either on foot or by bicycle. It consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a two-seater sofa bed, a dining room and a complete bathroom with a washer-dryer. The apartment is rented with bedding, towels and kitchenware. Additionally, we have a playpen/crib for small babies (up to 12 months) that can be used with prior coordination. The building has a 24 x 7 concierge. The common area with swimming pool, BBQ and fronton court are available without any charge. Also, a reception room can be used to receive short visits if required. All common areas can be used prior coordination with the building's concierge. We will be pleased to receive you. It is located in a quiet Street near the tourist center of Miraflores; a few steps from the traditional Kennedy Park, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The Malecón de la Reserva is just three blocks away, offering more than 4 km of a wonderful road along the edge of the cliff with unforgettable sea views. Either walking or biking, this route drives us to the iconic Larcomar shopping center, located right on the cliff, and then continues until the bohemian neighborhood of Barranco. The pedestrian and vehicular access to the beaches of the Costa Verde circuit is also a few meters away from the building for those who wish to refresh or take some surf classes in the Pacific Ocean. The building is close main roads such as Benavides Av., Larco Av., 28 de Julio Av., Arequipa Av. and Jose Pardo Av. It is very easy to move and visit other parts of the city or get to the airport. Taxis and public transport are available at any time. The tourist bus service that makes tours to different city attractions can be taken 300 mts away. Also, if you have a car, there are parking centers nearby (charged). One block from the building you can find the Good Hope Hospital, with 24 hours emergency service. On the other side, half block from the building, there is a shopping center called Wong, where you can find anything you need in your stay (supermarket, restaurants, shops and pharmacy).
