Steps from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, but private enough for you to feel at ease. The perfect stay for a surfer, a couple, friends, and even a small family! Each studio has A/C, hot water, 100 mbps wifi fiber optic connection, a desk, private bathroom, kitchen and a balcony! Best location in Santa Teresa! Magic Place is conveniently located in the center of ST. In front of the best surf spot in town, restaurants, supermarket and more! No need for transportation, everything is walking distance! We have bikes for rent in the property, as well as surfboards. The studios have recently been renovated and are just like new! with a modern yet tropical feel and all the comfort you deserve. There is a front gate with an electric motor. You will have a code to enter. You will have a parking space. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the beach, which is shared. There is a small office/store for your convenience. Feel free to walk around the garden! Rob and I are available throughout the day. We work on the small office in the property usually from 10 am - 3 pm. Monday - Friday. If not, we are always a phone call or message away! Restaurants, yoga spaces, supermarket, and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk! La Lora Amarilla is a known surf spot... one of the most consistent waves in the area...Big, small or medium, at low tide, high tide or mid-tide! We are located about 100 meters north from the last stop of the direct bus from San Jose. There are plenty of restaurants walking distance, as well as yoga centers, the supermarket, night-life, and of course, the beach! We have bicycles for rent at the office, its really all you need! Cleaning service is done once per week for long term renters. For short term we offer cleaning every 3 days.
