Owner built the home in 1992, and upon entering the bright airy entry way that is covered by a vaulted skylight, you will appreciate the openness of the layout and the endless ocean views from every window. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities to prepare any meal. A custom built wood slab dining table with seating for up to eight is in the dining room, that is surrounded by two huge sliding glass doors that open to the deck and is surrounded with ocean views. The living room has a fireplace and more custom built furniture as well as a large flat screen tv. The two downstairs bedrooms both have queen beds with fine linens, and a full bath is close by. The open stair case leads to the private master bedroom suite, with master bath, that includes walk in shower and walk in closet. A large custom made platform bed sits in front of a huge sliding glass door that leads to a private deck, that has commanding views of the bay. Warm yourself by the fireplace, on those cool nights and view the stars and watch the moon reflect off the breaking waves. I'm sure you will agree, this home is a true ocean view retreat. There is a guest house also on the property that the owner occupies, with its own private entrance. The guest have tons of parking in the driveway and full use of the main house, decks and yard. I'm available 24/7 to make your stay as perfect as possible and address any issues or needs you may have. I want you to feel comfortable and enjoy this special spot. Pedro point is a special spot, located just 20 minutes south of San Francisco, and has the feel of being much further away. The natural beauty of this eclectic community with its rich history I'm sure you will come to love as I do. All of the homes are different and most are custom built, lots of trees and meandering streets are everywhere to stroll on and take in the natural beauty of "The Point". Walking, biking and public transportation are all within a few minutes. Linda Mar park and ride is a 10 minute walk and the Samtrans 110, 112 and 118 take you directly to Bart. The coastal Highway 1 is just down the hill, north to SF and the wine country, or south to Half Moon Bay and Santa Cruz. Hiking, is just a few feet away, the Pedro point headlands trailhead is just up the street. The beach is a 10 minute walk as well as shopping and dining. The Devils Slide Tap Room and La Playa are just down the street for beers on tap and cantina style Mexican food. A grocery outlet is also there for anything you need and you don't even have to cross the highway! Any surfing needs you will find everything at NorCal, the local surf shop in our same shopping center.
