Located 45 minutes from San Salvador, Monte Carlo boasts over 2 acres of stunning gardens and exotic plants, offering a serene escape with a breathtaking lakefront view. The property has 3 areas including 2 houses and 2 separate guest bedrooms. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features a full kitchen, dining room, and two living rooms, as well as a terrace with a magnificent view of the property. The second house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and can sleep up to 4 guests. It has a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake and its own deck to enjoy the sunset. Additionally, the property has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, which can accommodate an additional 4 people. Monte Carlo dates back over 100 years and has been in the family since. It is situated in the most private section of the lake and offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. Take a dip in the infinity pool with a view of the lake, or lounge on the lakefront deck. At Monte Carlo, your comfort is our priority and we include drinking water, towels, linens, and basic toiletries for your convenience. Depending on the amount of guest we will determine how to best accommodate you. Room allocation is as follows: 1-8 Guest will be allocated in the main house. 9-12 Guests will have access to the additional two rooms in between the two houses. 13-16 Guest will have access to all three sections of the property. We suggest a vehicle with good ground clearance. The road around the lake is dirt and roads may be slippery when wet. Walking on this road is not recommended. The entrance/exit to the home may be slippery when wet. We recommend a vehicle with good tire thread or all-wheel drive (AWD). Welcome to Monte Carlo, where luxury and comfort meet! Our expert housekeeper, Carolina, will be available from 8AM to 6PM to take care of your every need. From tidying up your rooms and bathrooms to bringing you refreshments by the pool or deck, she's got you covered. Just be mindful of her time as she needs to return home in the evening. If you need to do some laundry, no problem! Our washer and dryer are available for a small fee of $5.00 per wash and dry cycle. Each rental comes with its own kayak, and we can even provide paddleboards on request. During the cooler months from October to February, don't let the temperature keep you from enjoying our stunning pool. We offer pool heating for just $35 a day to make sure you stay comfortable. We have 7 bedrooms spread across three different sections of the property, and the room allocation will depend on the number of guests. For 1 to 8 guests, you'll have access to the main house. For 9 to 12 guests, you'll have access to the two additional rooms in between the two houses. And for 13 to 16 guests, the entire property is yours! Please be mindful that the road to Monte Carlo is steep and cobblestone, and may become slippery when wet. Please use your best judgement when deciding whether your vehicle is suitable for the journey. We love furry friends and welcome them at Monte Carlo, with a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Just make sure to let us know ahead of time, and keep in mind that dogs are not allowed on furniture. Any damages or extra cleaning required may result in additional charges.
