The space is fully air conditioned with two AC units. Or open the numerous screen windows to let the trade wind breezes waft through the space. Sit on the screen porch sofa, or sun room chairs and enjoy the evening and morning air. washer and dryer available if needed. guests can access everything except bathroom closet where we store supplies. Our concierge Kelly will be your on site host. She is a long time resident of St. John in the hospitality industry and knows the island intimately. She can help you get the most out of your visit! Kelly will pick you up at the ferry dock and take you to Convivare, and return you at the end of your visit, or make other contactless arrangements you may desire to access the unit. Conch Villas is on the other side of the Battery Hil from the restaurant district. The area is peaceful, yet quickly accessible to the restaurants and night life in town, ferry docks and taxi stand to access the beaches. Convivare is only a ten minute walk from the restaurants and Cruz Bay town commercial area. There are a couple of small 20 foot high hills enroute. you can walk a little further next to the pond for easiest grade to the unit, just turn right at Seashore Allure and right again on Century street up to CV. There are ample dedicated car parking spots if you want to rent a jeep to explore the island and beaches beyond the services provided by the taxis downtown. Being so close to downtown it is easy to access the beaches by the safari taxis. It's also easy to get to the 30+ odd restaurants and bars in that lively area. You don't need to rent a car unless your ambitions include visiting Coral Bay or beyond, or to access the more remote trailheads in the Park. We have free parking on site.
