This secluded, rustic, cabin is approximately halfway between Ninilchik and Kenai. We are just across from Johnson Lake State Park with its wonderful trout fishing. This is a private freestanding cabin. Kind of like a tiny house. Each Cabin is nestled in the woods for privacy and a wonderful peaceful atmosphere. Sleeping area is accessible via a steep stairway so consider this when booking if you have mobility issues. The cabin includes a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and mini fridge. There is a full range and deep freeze available in a utility kitchen just across the driveway. We live in a cabin which is also on the property. I try to respond to texts promptly even if I am not on site. Late check-in is never a problem. We are about 2 miles from the Kasilof River and 15 miles from the Kenai River. Most guests come in their own car but we are 1/2 mile from Lawler airstrip for guests who want to fly in. We are happy to provide transportation and arrangements from the airstrip. Please let us know in advance if you will have more than one vehicle, a trailer, motorhome, boat etc. as our parking is limited. Each cabin has a barbecue grill available on the front porch as well as a seating area for guests personal use. There is also a shared laundry room in an adjacent building.
