The dining area features a round table comfortably seating six but we also offer an outdoor dining table so you can dine alfresco overlooking the beautiful Cabo bay and skyline. We are within the gated community of Pedregal. Along with all the amenities of the condo, you will have access to the private beach and tennis courts of Pedregal. There is a back gate that leads right down to restaurant row. We are 2 blocks from the marina and Tesoro/Wyndham yet still in Pedregal. We have an extensive notebook kept in our condo that includes suggested day trips, restaurant recommends and maps. Our management is on site and can arrange for transportation to and from airport and with 24 hrs notice can take you over the the beautiful Pedregal beach for sunset. The Residences at La Vista are small enough to have a feel of community yet large enough to offer all the comforts and amenities of a hotel. The unit itself is first class as are the facilities. It is a very short walk to and from town so it is possible to go with out a car. Luis, the manager, can arrange for transportation to and from the airport in San Jose del Cabo. The on site restaurant can provide a cook to prepare meals at your unit or you can enjoy one of the many fine restaurants in Cabo. Most are within walking distance. Night life is only a few blocks away; you have to visit the legendary Cabo Wabo Cantina. It has the most astounding house band every night and you never know who will drop in for an impromptu show. We have seen Toby Keith, Adam Levine as well as Sammy Hagar himself. Walking is king, but taxi and rental cars are also an option. You may want to head to Cerritos and Todos Santos to see Hotel California. Our activities contact can offer you transportation. You can drink and they can drive! Our condo is stocked with things we like to have on our vacations. We have beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, foldup beach table, totes and backpack cooler.
