The 3 bedrooms can easily sleep 8 guests without being overcrowded. Furthermore our bathrooms are modern and clean and have hot water. The whole villa is airconditioned so you can cool down on nice cold sheets at the end of a long day of fun in the sun. Let's start with the master bedroom. It has it's own private attached bathroom, is fully airconditioned, has a TV in the room and it also has TWO KING beds in there. The other two bedrooms each have a QUEEN bed and they have a shared bathroom. In total there is space for 8 guests, however we do have a crib available and can add one small guest. We have a pull out sofa in the living area as well for an extra guest. The comfy living room is a great place to relax and watch TV and there is an extra bathroom right by the living area. Terrace doors give you a nice view to the pool. In the open kitchen you can find anything you need to comfortably prepare meals at home for your family. We also have any needed appliance like a dishwasher, microwave, blender, new stove and oven, extractor, pots and pans, coffee maker and a tea maker. A large dining table is situated right next to the kitchen. From the kitchen, enter through terrace doors to a large patio where you will find another large dining table and lounge set, and to complete things, a great BBQ. The pool is gorgeous and the lights at night are very pretty. Here you can enjoy your delicious meal while enjoying the beautiful sunset right from your patio. Around the pool we have great lounge chairs to enjoy and relax on, either in the sun or the shade. We even have a private little sandy beach area behind the house with a volleyball net and cabana, so you can pretend to have your own private beach. At night there is a small lighthouse illuminting this area which is really pretty. Did I already mention the great DECK on top of the patio? You will be able to see the whole coast and enjoy the sunset right in your own home. Furthermore we have beach chairs for you to bring to the beach, beach towels and a cooler. This will save you a bundle on chair rentals at the beach. Aruba's beaches are PUBLIC so you can use these beach chairs and sit on any hotel beach in Aruba. We value your safety so we have a great alarm system with 24/7 monitoring and a safe to store your valuables. The best of both worlds! Although Aruba has public transportation on the main roads and a bus stops every hour, we recommend all Aruba visitors to rent a car. The heat makes even small distances unpleasant to walk, especially carrying beach chairs, cooler, beach bag with towels, floats and other items that makes your beach time more enjoyable. The sun is very strong between 11am and 4pm and you will sunburn easily walking by the road. Since people drive everywhere in Aruba, it is just not an island designed for pedestrians. The roads are not illuminated very well at night and there are no real sidewalks so you walk in the dirt beside the road. If you are leaving your rental home a few times a day to visit a beach, a supermarket and a restaurant, a car will be worth it and cheaper than using taxis to get around. Of course it is also the best way to really see and explore Aruba and visit different beaches! Aruba does very safe and good taxi service, they are at your location in a matter of minutes after you call. Aruba does not have Uber yet. Your water and electricity is included in your rental. We do take meter readings at check in and check out and explain to you how to be energy efficient, report running toilets immediately, turn off AC when patio doors to the pool are open, and to turn off bedroom air conditioners during the day when the bedrooms are not in use. Our free budget included in your rental sum is fair and reasonable and measured from hundreds of other guests staying under comfortable and cool conditions. Just use common sense and turn off lights and TVs in the daytime, only cool the rooms when you are using them, and you will be fine and no extra costs will occur.
