The main asset is the terrace with incredible view of the ocean and the surrounding islands. You can enjoy the same view from the living and dining areas. The living area has a couch, coffee table and Internet connection. The apartment includes a full kitchen with all the amenities including full size refrigerator and stove, washing machine, coffee maker, hot water maker, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and eating and cooking utensils. Kitchen is ready to cook a great meal. The dining area includes a dining table that seats four. The master bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fan, large closet and private bathroom with walk in shower. The shooting ocean waves will ensure a good night sleep. The guest bedroom has air-conditioning, ceiling fan, large closet and private bathroom. Both bedrooms/bathrooms include all necessary linens and towels. The guests have unrestricted access in the condo.Guests have access to the ocean side with its private man-made beach. This area has covered gazebo , sun beds and BBQ facilities. The "Fairway Mark It" supermarket is conveniently located a 5 minutes drive away. Parking for a visit to Phillipsburg with the tax free shops in Front street and Great Bay beach is just on the left before the supermarket. You can do a 20 min hike to the Devil's Cupper natural pool. If you like, you can feed the iguanas next to the street or visit the natural Jacuzzi cave next to the property. We recommend renting a car. It is the most pleasant and affordable way to explore the island beauty and diversity. You can park in front of the apartment. It's a 5 min drive to downtown Phillipsburg for shopping and the Great Bay beach. It is 8 miles/13km to the airport. We can also assist with a car rental. Think GREEN! Please keep the room doors and windows close when the A/C is on. Turn it off before leaving the apartment.
