Welcome to the Country Container! The Country Container is a tiny home built out of a shipping container that is nestled in the hills of Northwest Arkansas! Come enjoy the peace and quiet of the country while in the unique stay of a container. We're perfectly setup for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. We have lots of outdoor deck space including a roof top deck with bench, swing and propane fire pit! You'll certainly enjoy slow mornings and calm evenings while staying here! You'll enter the container from the ground level deck area through french doors. As you walk into the container you're greeted with perfect accommodations and an open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is well stocked with key items you would need to make some delicious meals during your stay. We do not have a dishwasher and do ask guests to wash their dishes upon check out. Our dining area seats 4, just in case you have a few friends out for the evening (2 at the bar and 2 at the table). The living area has a cozy futon for curling up and streaming some of your favorite TV shows. The bedroom is located directly off of the living/dining area and has a full size bed and a closet and dresser for hanging up a few clothes during your stay. On the opposite side of the container is the full bathroom which has a beautifully tiled shower with white subway tiles! We keep the Country Container well stocked with plenty of bed and bath linens as well as extra blankets so you can keep nice and cozy during your stay. The final piece of the Country Container, and arguably the favorite, is the roof top deck! To access it you go out the front door, follow the deck around to the right and up the stairs. You'll find a built-in bench with cushions, a shaded two-person swing as well as a propane fire pit! This is the spot to be! Watch the sunrise or the sunset from this spot, roast a smore or two, or simply sip a glass of wine and listen to the crickets chirp. We also have a sister property just through the trees called the Country Cabin. This is a tiny home cabin that is a 1 bedroom with a loft and sleeps 4 people. If you're looking for more accommodations than 2 people, reach out and we can see about booking both for you. Guests will have access to the container home and the surrounding grounds. There is another tiny home (Country Cabin) located just through the trees so we ask that you remain around the container and avoid disturbing any other guests who might be staying at the Country Cabin. However, you're welcome to take stroll through the walking path we have through the woods and up the hill. We've situated a park bench at the top so you're welcome to sit and take in the breeze blowing through the trees. We love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at the Country Container. Please reach out anytime with questions or needs! We are located in a very rural setting at the end of a short gravel road. The best part of staying here is the peace and quiet of the country! However, because you are in the country you will likely see some bugs, birds, wild animals, etc. So please be aware of that prior to booking! Nothing is going to hurt you out here we assure you so just relax and enjoy to crickets chirping. The gravel driveway can accommodate 2 cars easily. Please be aware that we are located about 1 mile down a dirt road. We're located just 10 minutes from Lost Bridge Marina where you can enjoy the beautiful Beaver Lake! Picnic on the water, rent a boat, swim in the swimming area, fish off the shoreline or just sit and enjoy the view of the water! You'll also find the famous soft serve ice cream down the road at The Short Stop in Garfield!
