Ideal for singles or couples to unwind and relax, overlooking the turquoise, calm waters of Morne Rouge Bay (BBC Beach). Only a 10-minute drive from the airport; a short stroll to Morne Rouge Bay and a few minutes' walk to the famous Grand Anse beach. Both beaches have food and water sport options available. Our condo is an Italian-built studio equipped with Italian furniture and appliances. The space is not ideal for accommodating more than two guests at a time. Since the property is located on a hill, once you enter the main gate, there are a few flights of stairs that will lead to the actual unit. It's therefore not suitable for guests who may have limited mobility. Also important to note for taller guests: The sleeping area upstairs measures just about six feet (6') from floor to ceiling with a full sized bed (a bit smaller than a queen). There is a 55-inch wall mounted Roku TV in the main living area with access to internet cable and multiple streaming apps including Netflix. Guests also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi. Overall, Grenada is extremely safe. The condo is surrounded by a few restaurants, bars, hotels, and the beautiful Quarantine Point Park. You can venture out further for a 20 minute walk/4 min drive to Spiceland Mall which houses a large supermarket, duty-free shopping, a bank, pharmacy, cell phone providers, hardware and electronics, etc. The greater Grand Anse area provides easy access to public transportation, taxi services, tour/excursion companies, doctors, nightclubs, a vast array of restaurants including fast-food chains, etc. Renting a car would be ideal, especially if you plan on getting out a lot to explore Grenada.
