The apartment is big and confortable, it has all the necessary furniture and equipment and its located on one of the best areas in Miraflores, just a couple of blocks from Kennedy Park and 4 blocks from the waterfront promenade and a very well stocked supermarket just at 80 meters and at a walking distance from bars, clubs and the best restaurants. The apartment is big and confortable, it has all the necessary furniture and equipment, including linen, towels, washing and drying machines, hair dryer, water boiler, french press, a microwave, two tv's with chromecast devices, and all the kitchen utensils. The flat has three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the second with two single beds and the third with one double bed, so that it can accomodate up to 6 adults + a baby (we will provide a baby cot). Abundance of light and space, nice decoration and green plants - that´s what our guests find particularly attractive and welcoming about the flat. We take great care to maintain the apartment always clean, ordered and in perfect condition for our guests to enjoy their stay feeling at home. On the 16th floor (on the roof of the building) with a facinating view over the city there´s a BBQ area, a swimming pool and a raquetball (squash) court at your disposal. We like to meet our guests, to show them into the apartment and answer possible questions they might have and provide any recommendations they might need about their stay in Peru. We always keep in touch with our guests by phone or email, so in case there appears any question we can be contacted immediately. Our apartment is located in one of the best, safest and most popular tourist areas of Lima. Just within a walking distance it offers a wide range of activities, including shopping (a popular open-air shopping mall "Larcomar" with a breathtaking ocean view), visiting restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, enjoying nightlife and family walks in Miraflores park which offers interesting souvenirs at the crafts market, a children's playground, traditional peruvian desserts and well-known Lima bus tours. Moreover the area is exceptionally beautiful for the ocean view which can be fully enjoyed while walking or doing sports at the waterfront promenade or sitting in one of the restaurants along the ocean's shore. The apartment has a parking lot in case our guests decide to rent a car. Just within a few-minute walk there are bus stops where it´s possible to take different buses connecting our area with various parts of the city. Though the system of public transport in Lima still leaves much to be desired, it can fairly be compensated with a pretty cheap taxi service.
