This cabin features a spacious main level with two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. Additionally, there is a twin-size sofa sleeper and a full-size sofa sleeper, providing extra sleeping space for larger groups. The open-concept kitchen and living room area is perfect for socializing and enjoying delicious meals together. On the lower level, you will find two more bedrooms. The third bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The fourth bedroom is designed for the younger ones in the group, with two bunk beds totaling four twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. This level also boasts a theater room, a game room, a pool table, and a hot tub, ensuring endless entertainment options for everyone. The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV, perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. For sports enthusiasts or movie buffs, the theater room offers a larger-than-life experience with its impressive 75-inch TV. All bedrooms have their own TVs, except for the bunk room. We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we are happy to welcome well-behaved pets to our cabin. A fee of $125 per stay covers up to two pets. Please note that your pets must be crate trained, and we kindly request that you do not leave them unattended without a crate. The cabin is easily accessible via a paved road, and there is parking available in the driveway for up to four cars. However, during inclement weather, we recommend having a 4WD vehicle for extra peace of mind. For those chilly nights, cozy up by the fireplace in the living room and enjoy the warmth and ambiance it provides. If you prefer cooking outdoors, make use of the outdoor grill to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the fresh mountain air. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and not left unattended. Guests have access to the entire house- minus the locked owner's closet Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination No firearms allowed on the premises Check in 4pm Check out 10am We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - to abide by our rental terms and conditions. - to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG - the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
