Cute and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath, single-family home with lanai ocean view. We are renting out the guest bedroom that has a private front patio lanai. There is a dedicated washer and dryer in the storage room. Nearby is Historic Honokaa Town w/ restaurants, galleries, shopping, a theater. Our home is a 10-min drive to Waipio Valley. 5 min drive from Hamakua Harvest Farmers Market (hosted on Sundays), Approx. 20-minute drive to Waimea with restaurants, a Starbucks, and a grocery store. The house was fully renovated between 2022-2023. The house has a nice living room with a 55-inch smart TV. The dining table overlooks the ocean. We have all the kitchen appliances, a toaster, coffee maker, blender, and Ninja Foodi for your use during your stay. The outdoor lanai is enclosed and provides a relaxing ocean view. Guests will be able to access all parts of the house except for our Master Bedroom. Feel free to grab some coffee or a drink and relax on the ocean-view lanai. The washer and Dryer are accessible in the Storage Room, no extra fee for the Laundry. You can also store your beach gear, surfboards, and beach chairs in the Storage Room. We will frequently interact with our guests. My wife will be working from home in the master bedroom. I work at the hospital full time and I will be gone for most of the day. I usually stop at home to eat lunch and help answer guest's questions on sights to see and the local spots to check out during your stay. Quiet and friendly neighborhood located in a Historic Honokaa Town. It is best to get around with a rental car.
