On clear days, even St. Maarten can be seen on the horizon. There are equally nice views from the entrance of the villa, with the hills of St. Jean and Lurin in the distance, as well as part of St. Jean Bay. The L-shaped villa has two bedrooms, separated by the outdoor dining area. The main room is to the left of the entrance, which fully benefits from the views and can be fully air-conditioned. It has a cozy seating space, a smart TV with U.S. satellite and French internet channels, a dining area, and a modern kitchen with a breakfast island. To the right of the entrance is the guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom is just outside, on the other side of the outdoor dining. This room is slightly larger and has a U.S. king-sized bed, closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
