The house doesn't have beach access (does not) but you can see the beach through the balcony from 2nd story. Walking distance to the beach is 3 minutes, really close. Next to Hotel Pacific Paradise. Lots of coconut trees Really nice and friendly neighborhood, El Esteron is more private than El Cuco but it's 3 minutes away in car They can easily get around in car, motorcycle or bikes
