This beachfront condo is located in the middle of Kite Beach and you'll run into kitesurfers of all levels, from beginners to world champions. The vibe is friendly, local, and fun. There are restaurants, bars, and kite schools within walking distance. The condo complex has free street parking available for your car or motorcycle/scooter. If you need to rent a scooter/moto or car, please ask us for recommendations. On Kite Beach, you can get everywhere by walking. It's a 5-minute drive to get to the main town of Cabarete. You can use your own car/moto, a moto concho (moto taxi), or a "guagua" (a mini bus). Kite Beach is a world-class kitesurfing spot and this studio is located next to the best kitesurfing schools in town. At the same time, you'll be just 5 minutes away from the supermarket, restaurants, nightlife, and other attractions. The surfing beach Encuentro is a ~10-minute drive.
