The apartment is a cozy space of 30mt2 that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It is located in a new building that offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay with different amenities such as swimming pool and others that are still under construction. The apartment is fully equipped. In addition, it has a spectacular view of both the sea and the mountains, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking scenery from the comfort of your temporary home. The distribution of the space includes two double beds, which provides enough space for four people to rest comfortably. The apartment also has a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The building has amenities such as swimming pool for adults and children, games room, gym, jacuzzis, Turkish bath, sauna and minimarket. An additional payment of 5.000 COP per person will be required by the building administration for the entrance door handles.
