Hablamos inglés básico The apartment is located in the third floor of the house with a independent entrance. You will have complete independence and of course I will be aware of everything you need to make your stay pleasant. The apartment has two rooms and is located almost in front of a park. Two blocks away we have several restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, wineries, 8 blocks away is a Supermarket and 3 blocks away a traditional market in Chiclayo that has a church in front. The apartment has all the kitchen accessories at your disposal and the bathrooms have hot and cold water. We dont provide a kitchen or laundry machine, but we can provide an extra laundry service for you. Our street is quiet but yet two blocks away is everything you need. In addition, 24-hour surveillance is very safe. The apartment is independent, you can use all the spaces as the living room, dining room, kitchen (no kitchen) and laundry (without laundry machine) We live on the first floor and we will always be there to answer all your questions and needs. It has a main avenue where you can move to the whole city and even go to Lambayeque and Pimentel. You can go to the downtown in 5 minuts by car. Two blocks away is the main street and you can find taxis, buses, mototaxis and combis. You can also request a safe taxi that picks you up in front of the apartment. We offer laundry and ironing of clothes at an additional cost.
