This is a beautiful, tastefully appointed villa and a very popular rental. There is ample room for guests to lounge very comfortably in the house or by the pool. There is a large fenced yard for outdoor activities also. Channel View is in a popular, upscale, and very central location. There are gorgeous beaches close enough to walk to. Dining, shopping, restaurants and lots of activities all close at hand. It is a beautiful home for all that Nevis has to offer. Prices do not include tax. The villa has 3 Bedrooms with ensuites and a a powder room. There is a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining by the pool. Beautiful beaches very close by, bike rentals, hiking, diving and snorkeling nearby. Restaurants very close by and close to shopping. Guests have access to the full house, other than one small owners closet. The owners live in the U.K. but I am available locally by phone or other convenient communication for any questions or should any problem arise. The house is on a large lot with privacy, but not secluded. The neighbors are all very nice, friendly and helpful. Most of our guests choose the option to rent a car. There are buses and taxi’s close by within walking distance, but there will be many instances that a rental car will be appreciated. There are bike rentals not far away also, or specialty vehicles available for rent and tours. There is a car ferry or the town ferry and water taxi’s available to visit our sister island St. Kitts. The house is equipped with internet/ WiFi and cable. The kitchen has a gas stove and electric refrigerator. It is supplied with cookware and dishes, glasses and silverware. The house it also supplied with linens, soap and necessities. There is a dishwasher and washer and dryer also. Guests will be required to pay a deposit of US$1,500 which will be refundable no more than 14 days after the end of the booking if there is no damage.
