Just installed a fire pit today November 29th 2023 there is a good supply of wood there and some Flatwood and lighters to get the fire started the fire pit also has a cover over it to help snuff out the fire when you're done please be very careful with fire. There is a very comfy queen bed in the small bedroom with a down comforter and a pull out queen bed on the sofa. There is a air mattress on the sofa bed and it's very comfy as well.
