A charming stand alone cottage set in 1.5 acres of mature gardens. Beautiful views over the North Shore with picturesque sunsets. There is direct access from the property to Bermuda’s unique Railway Trail. It is a 15 minute walk to Flatt’s Village on the Trail where there are several excellent restaurants (Village Pantry, Tribe and Rustico’s) and the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo. Three bus routes are less than a 5 min walk. Hamilton is 10-15 mins by bus and less than 10 mins by taxi. Millwood Cottage is beside the main house where Tim and Erica and their young family live along with their lovable lab, Kipling. We recently bought the property from Erica’s parents who previously hosted this cottage on Airbnb. There are panoramic ocean views from the kitchen and an expansive garden for our guests to explore and enjoy. There is shared access to the pool. The railway trail is easily accessible from the garden and it is a 10 minute walk to Gibbet’s Island and Flatt’s inlet. Guests are welcome to explore the garden and have shared use of the pool. The cottage overlooks North Shore with direct access to the Railway Trail. Flatt’s Village is an 10-15 minute walk via the Railway Trail. The cottage is located close (less than a 5 minute walk) from three bus routes (#10 & #11 from North Shore Road and the #3 from Middle Road). Hamilton is approximately a 10 minute bus ride. Kipling, our young lab, lives on the property.
