Hucares is a real Puerto Rican neighborhood, a fishing village, perfect for those that want out of the city and a chance to get away from the normal tourist traps. We are within walking distance of Playa Fanduca and the Maleco'n de Naguabo, both just a couple blocks away. There are wonderful restaurant's and stunning views of the ocean from our small back patio. Watch the sun set over the ocean from the kitchen window and stroll the Maleco'n at night. We are offering the first floor of this two story building. Located in a quiet fishing village. We do only have an older washer and a drying rack at this time, for your clothing. The air conditioning is one large unit in the main living area that points into the bedrooms. If you leave the doors open at night and use the fans it remains very very cool. You have the entire first floor to yourselves. There is no access to the upstairs and the back yard is still under construction. For your own safety we ask you to stay on the back porch. You do have to step up into the apartment and there is a step into the master bathroom but the rest of the apartment flooring is one level. I am not on site but I am always available through the Air BnB site or by phone. Our CoHost Tom will be available if needed. Parking is in front of the house. The carport is for the upstairs residents. The main lights are on a slight delay to turn on. We have asked the retailer about this and apparently it's part of the design. Just give them a second and all of the ceiling fan lights do turn on.
