With an incredible heated pool with waterfall that is located right next to our spectacular propane BBQ area and outdoor bar so you can enjoy the beautiful evenings in Puerto Viejo. It also has a cozy lounge area with fire pit, which is the perfect place to watch the magical starry nights. The house has 2 bedrooms with AC, both with large private bathrooms with waterfall showers and double sinks. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the secondary bedroom has a double bed + a trundle bed of the same size. Note: A double inflatable mattress can be added so the house can accommodate up to 8 people. Additionally it has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and stainless steel appliances and a wide variety of utensils for you to comfortably prepare your meals at home. The outdoor areas include a modern barbecue area with a small bar next to the wonderful pool that also has wet bar stools and comfortable beach chairs to relax, also has a living room with fire pit and comfortable cushions and finally covered parking for 2 vehicles plus an extensive external and closed parking space. Guests will have private and exclusive access to all of the following areas: - Private pool - Fully equipped kitchen - Grill and bar area - Fire pit room - Work area - Garden area - Parking indoors and outdoors but closed.
