LindZ One Bedroom Apartment has a large kitchen with new appliances, dining room, living room, a very private bedroom with King bed and a full bathroom. You have a private entrance, private outside lanai/patio and private parking. We have two other rental spaces at this location. The full kitchen comes equipped with a dual oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, blender and a dining table. All our rooms have blackout curtains or blackout mini blinds. The space is on one level with two front entry steps. Waimea Town is at an elevation of 2600 feet above sea level. Year-round weather at our dry side Waimea location is sunny with cool mornings and occasional showers. Our bedroom has a space heater and ceiling fans. The apartment includes a dedicated workspace (desk) and an adjustable office chair. Free WIFI with High-Speed Internet is included. LindZ One Bedroom Apartment shares walls with the other rental spaces at this location. The curtain in the dining room covers a sliding glass door to a lanai/patio that is part of the one of the other rentals at this location. The door is closed and locked from both sides. Please keep drapes and blinds closed to the other rental unit. The spacious patio outside the front door is private to you and includes an outside dining patio table with four swivel rocking chairs. You may hear other guests enjoying their outside spaces, or videos or music sounds from other rooms. We ask all our guest to observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. We appreciate your consideration. The Heart of Waimea - LindZ One Bedroom Apartment is located in Waimea which is the center of Parker Ranch Country on the Big Island. The ranch country location is known for rolling green hills with lots of sunshine and frequent rainbows! The residential neighborhood is safe and quiet. Our location is two houses down from the very popular Waimea Parkand Anuenue Playground (Anuenue means rainbow in Hawaiian). Waimea Park has tennis and basketball courts, a skate park, a playscape and other activities. The famous Saturday morning Parker School Farmers' Market is a block down from our location. The Parker School Farmers' Market meets Saturday mornings from 7:30 am to noon and features local cuisine, art, a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, a local meat market and live music. Stores, restaurants and coffee shops are a 5 to 10 minute walk from our location. The Heart of Waimea is in a safe, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Please note that you'll need to drive over the grass to get to the your parking place. Street parking is also allowed. Waimea is a small town with a Country and Cowboy (Paniolo) heritage on the Big Island of Hawaii. Waimea town sits at 2600 ft elevation so you can expect cool mornings and nights, with mild and warm days with occasional afternoon rains. Various stores and restaurants are within walking distance as is the Saturday morning farmer's market. Other restaurants and stores are a short car ride away. The North Kohala Coast with its Sandy beaches, snorkeling and ocean activities are about 12 miles away (about 20 minutes down the hill). LindZ One Bedroom Apartment is for a maximum of two guests. Please, no parties, events, extra guests or visitors. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. No smoking or vaping on the property. Please turn off outside lights and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
