We will not be at the property,however, phone calls and texts are fine The neighborhood is very quiet Getting around is quite easy,as the house is not far from the main gate where you can get taxie easily Rest assured, the property is equipped with a water tank and emergency light( in the kitchen) for those unforeseen circumstances . important to note :1.The ac unit is only in the Bedroom wth fans in the living room,2. Behind the community is a sewage plant, which may have an occasional unpleasant odor,however, by simply closing windows and doors, you won't notice it. We've communicated with developers who are actively addressing this issue. It's sporadic, occurring for a maximum of three hours when it does happen, and not an everyday occurrence.Additionally, please be aware that in the evenings, there may be some mosquitoes. However, you can easily remedy this by simply closing the doors since all the windows are fitted with mesh screens, ensuring a comfortable and insect-free environment.
