The one described here, "Royal Palm", is located on the top floor and offers a magnificent view over the turquoise water and coral sands. When you open the garden door, you are right ON the beach! This apartment named "Royal Palm" is a fabulous, newly custom made, renovated apartment on the top floor of a historic building located west (for the sunset) facing the magnificent calm waters of Carlisle Bay & Bayshore Beach. Carlisle Bay is the only beach on the south coast with west coast conditions (calm turquoise water and white coral sand). It is therefore perfectly suited for swimming and snorkelling (you can even go snorkelling with turtles at Carlisle Bay!). The apartment offers a stunning view over the Marine reserve with its sailboats, luxury liners and historic ship wrecks (which you can visit). The apartment has two airconditioned bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area. Thanks to the open plan kitchen, it is fully equipped for self-catering. There are two smart TVs, home theatre for Blu-ray, wi-fi/bluetooth access and an accommodation for 110/220 volt supply throughout. You will also find a small library of books. The apartment has a security system. Your apartment can be accessed from the road through an enclosed staircase or from the beach via a private staircase. You are offered a stunning view onto the beach over the sumptuous garden site which harbours a charming array of flowers: hibiscus, oleander, crotons, desert roses, red ginger lily, morning glory, colourful bougainvillea and four different kind of palms, just to name a few. The garden has a private bar area suitable for holding events (up to 40 persons, for information on prizes and possibilities please ask the owner). The beachfront property has outdoor shower facilities for your convenience. The owner will contact you approximately one week prior to your arrival and will give you detailed information on the traveling route from Grantley Adams International Airport to the Brick House. The owner will gladly answer any questions you have. The apartment is located in an attractive, well-maintained neighbourhood inbetween the governmental headquarters with its open esplanade, a yacht club, a private hospital (“Bay View Clinic”) and the Hilton Hotel. The clientele is international. There are many dining possibilities where you can either enjoy the international cuisine or local foods. An „emergency-fridge“ is only 400 meters away: The service station is open 24/7 and has an ATM machine. On your way there you will also find a pharmacy. The nearest supermarket is in the city centre of Bridgetown. You will reach the city centre in only ten minutes by foot. If you like, you can walk along the shore. On your way there, you will come across two popular beach clubs (“Boatyard” and “Harbour Lights”). If you walk into the other direction, you will soon reach the Garrison, the Barbados Museum and other popular sites. There is a parking area directly next to the property.
