The Pattison House is bright, cozy, and appointed with a mix of antique, vintage and modern amenities. You will find everything you need for visit to Ely and the BWCA! This charming 1925 miner's house boasts a newly remodel and fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, cozy sitting/craft/game area for two, along with a living room on the main floor. Games, books, an electric fireplace, WIFI/TV/Internet provide you options for decompressing and relaxing! The 2nd floor greets you with an upgraded bathroom, 2 large bedrooms with extra-large closets and storage, and a bonus/game/home office space! Great place to relax or work remote! A second TV is perfect for popcorn and movies! The exterior has lovely front and back porches for visiting, relaxing and outdoor grilling! Watch the birds or meet new neighbors as you relax in the patio chairs. The basement includes onsite washer/dryer and extra space for equipment such as skis, bikes, fishing gear, etc. Free parking is available on street and all-season parking is available along the garage door facing the alleyway. Remember Ely has winter parking days; off-street parking is a must! All areas of the home except the garage and locked cabinet in the basement. Each are owners' use only. Ely Winter Parking Rules apply November - April - Ample street parking available just be cognizant of Ely Parking schedule during the winter months, the city does ticket! There is also room for one small vehicle to park behind the garage (parallel to the alley) on the garage apron - be sure not to block the alley way! The house is located in a very family friendly, quiet neighborhood. We respect our neighbors and they watch out for us. We ask that our guests do the same. Please respect noise ordinances by keeping noise to a minimum.
