This is not a gated community and there is no HOA. It is about a 10 10-minute drive from the world-famous Dorado Beach Resort. Parking is on the street in front of the house or on the vacant lot across the street. There is a one car garage but it is narrow and difficult to get in and out of do to the slope. Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME. Puerto Rico can experience disruptions to electrical, internet, and water services. Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental. If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be a pet fee. This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for overusage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more. If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
