Depending on availability, you can rent the entire apartment or the rooms separately. Jade is an exceptionally cozy apartment, especially because of the open fireplace in the master bedroom and the second one in the living room. It has all modern amenities and house supplies you need and it is nice decorated with typical Guatemalan tiles and beautiful paintings. In addition, the two private terraces with a beautiful view over Antigua turn Jade into an apartment that makes you relax and enjoy the most of this unique experience. To ensure that you feel comfortable any time we provide high quality bed linens and towels, high speed internet, laundry, 24/7 staff service and security to assist you in all your needs. The onsite restaurant, Los Tres Tiempos, offers catered food and beverage service to your apartment. A private airport transfer service can be also organized. A courtyard with an old fountain is shared in the apartment's complex. I work in coordination with Ela and Hugo, our kind co-host. They are attending you anytime through the Airbnb application, while I will greet you at the apartment and assist you in all your needs. The apartment is right in the center of Antigua, close to the most important markets, restaurants and historic places. It is just few steps away from de famous Arco de Santa Catalina, half a block from La Merced church and two blocks away from Central Park. The most important places are nearby, and the area is safe and pleasant to walk around. In our space we welcome all people, regardless of ethnic origin, sex, age or sexual orientation. We value what makes us unique and what unites us as human beings. Double glazed windows: The apartment has double glazed windows to ensure a peaceful environment at all times. Parking: Most of the houses in Antigua don´t have parking, as they have a very old design. However, two blocks away there is a parking lot where you can park without problem. Cleaning: In order to keep your space clean and with good energy, for stays longer than seven days, we will clean the apartment every seventh day and charged 20 USD in cash.
