The upper floor features a lounge with a wet bar and refrigerator. The lounge and two of the bedrooms open onto a sundeck facing the sound. Guest can relax in private pool (which is heated except during December, January and February, and at other times when the air temperature is too cold for the pool heater to operate), fish or boat from the private pier, or take a 5 minute walk to the beach.
