Dresser with mirror. Bedroom #2: two twin beds, comfortable mattress, nightlight, closet with handers, laundry basket and luggage rack. No TV. Good lighting. Dresser with mirror. LIVING ROOM: Brand new 50" Smart TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more! Couch with pullout bed plus two accent chairs and coffee table. Entertainment unit houses games and cards. BATHROOM: Full tub and shower and full size washer/dryer for personal use. BALCONY: Screened in balcony (no bugs!) is private with a woodsy view. Furniture available plus small table. CLEANING & LAUNDRY: All bed linens are washed after each renter - including comforters and blankets. All surfaces are cleaned after each renter. Cleaning fee goes directly to cleaner, and laundry fee ensures large blankets and comforters are washed regularly.
