The only shared spaces are (1) the free-use laundry facility, and (2) the little set of beach steps connecting our property and the sand. No other spaces or amenities are shared. Sitting a mere 20 feet from the waters edge, the sensation from inside the unit is almost like being on a boat ... but with all the luxuries of land! The kitchen, dining, and living spaces are presented in an open, airy, ocean-facing floorplan. The entirety of the unit features 9 foot ceilings. Split-system air conditioning units in the four bedrooms (only) ensure great nights of sleep after days spent frolicking on the beach that is your backyard. Great snorkeling directly behind the house! Guests are provided an emergency contact for any problems. Otherwise, guests are fully independent. We think our neighborhood, known as Stella, is Rincón's best, and here's why: (1) beachfront and west-facing, leading to some of the best sunsets in PR; (2) calm waters, great for snorkeling, swimming, rafting, etc; (3) light winds that are almost always at our back; (4) walking distance to many great restaurants and beach bars; (5) just one mile to the Rincón pueblo/downtown, with its abundance of dining and shopping options; (6) less than half a mile to Rincón's only two grocery stores, meaning less time running for supplies and more time enjoying the beach!
