Sit on the balcony on the comfortable patio furniture and absorb the surroundings while sipping a cool drink. The condo is within walking distance to many spectacular beaches and dining. It is located just diagonally from the new Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, two blocks from the La Concha Hotel and a block from the Ventana del Mar park and Condado beach. You are in the heart of Condado and within walking distance to all. Kayak, Paddle Board and other water sport rentals are available at the lagoon. Some of the other local amenities are the hotels, casinos, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping area including Louis Vuitton. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also nearby. Public transportation (bus or cab) can take you to Old San Juan. My property manager will meet and greet you showing you around the apartment to ensure you are comfortable. If needed she may be able to pick you up from the airport. This is between you and her and is less than a cab. Either me or my property manager are almost always accessible. My property manager lives on site and can help if you may have questions. Beach, restaurants, casinos...everything you can ask for and all within walking distance. You can walk to all, however the B21 bus will bring you to Old San Juan for less than a dollar. My property manager can help arrange transportation. My apartment is a one bedroom and best for two adults. It can possibly accommodate a family of four (two adults and two children). I do not recommend or will accept three adults or more as there is only so much living space. Washer and dryer available for long term rentals.
