Nestled within the rich tropical landscape of Dominical, our 4 bedroom 4 bath luxury home features bright and breezy open concept living, from the kitchen to the indoor/outdoor living space. From the 12 meter infinity pool to the beautifully designed living area, step in through the main entrance and you’ll immediately experience some of the best panoramic views in the region. The large deck with sun loungers is a great place to spot humming birds, toucans, monkeys and spectacular coastal views. You'll have access to our entire home. We have plenty of pantry storage, a full kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils. Also included is a washer and dryer. The house is truly designed to be used as indoor/outdoor living with the living room and kitchen only separated by large folding doors which you can keep open. We also have a TV with DVD player for your enjoyment. The 3 bedrooms are all master suites and feature king size beds with full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms features a jacuzzi tub. This bedroom is upstairs. Upstairs you'll find a large open living space for just relaxing and enjoying the afternoon. You'll have access to the entire property which includes the house and gardens around the house. There is also a grassy area up the driveway which can be used for sunbathing. This spot we are saving for an additional villa in the future but can be used now as it boasts amazing views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. We have a property management company that will help you with your stay. They will be available for any questions, concerns or if something at the house needs to be fixed or supplied. Looking towards the Pacific Ocean, you'll find no other homes in your view. Our neighborhood is very spread out with large homes in the area but all very private. The reason we love our home and view is because it feels like we own all the land to the ocean, but in reality the property is about 2 acres in size. The drive up to the property is on a dirt road, like many of the homes in the area. However the drive is easy and could be done without 4x4. We do encourage you to have a 4x4 especially if you are visiting during late September, October and early November when it is rainy. The coastal road is in great condition and is easy to navigate between Manuel Antonio, Dominical and Uvita. Taxi service is available with most trips to the beach or into town costing $15-$25 depending on where you are traveling. The months of late November through April are considered the Summer months in Costa Rica and you can expect mostly clear, hot weather without much rain. It will still rain during the afternoon for an hour or so as the months get later in the year around late April and May. Although the Costa Rica winter is in October through November, you'll still find plenty to do and can experience a lot of sun. Just expect longer rainy afternoons, which can be highly refreshing and rejuvenating.
