It is a two story home with all rooms opening on to airy corridors overlooking a beautiful patio garden. Casa Barbara has three bedrooms, a living room/dining room, a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a garden, corridors and a beautiful second floor terrace. Two bedrooms are downstairs, one with a queen bed, and the other with a full bed. The comfortable mattresses have recently been purchased. Both bedrooms are steps from a full bathroom with dependable hot water and open up to a corridor that looks out onto the patio garden. The third bedroom on the second floor has a full bed, with the bathroom down the open air corridor. The kitchen is fully equipped with an eco-filter which provides you with all the drinking water you need. The second floor terrace has two adirondack chairs in addition to a table with chairs to enjoy a sunset meal overlooking the volcanoes. This spacious house has high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The sliding glass doors in the common area invite in the natural light and provide open views of the colorful patio garden. The 3 bedrooms are located far from the street, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep! We live in the center of the city and for any emergency or any doubt you can count on our help, of course, if you need suggestions on what to do, where to go or to have a good coffee or a good wine, we will be happy to help you. It is a very traditional neighborhood where you can breathe a quiet environment where there is a lot of tranquility and it is quite safe. It is only a little more than 4 blocks to walk to the central park, just one block from the Santa Catarina Arch we are sure you will love the daily walk. The house is very central and totally walkable, but if sometimes you do not want to do it or for any personal reason, there is the Uber service that are totally efficient, safe and economical, urban vans, also tuc tuc from Q.10 (all depending where are you going = ... If you need transportation from the airport to the apartment, check our rates. Enjoy the best views in Antigua from the comfort of this home! Relax in the shade with a book by the patio garden. Many wonderful restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk from the house. There is private parking close by with additional costs of Q.60 to Q70 per night and per car.
