A recently updated three story, four bedroom beach house located on a mile of lonely sandy beach. The upper-level terrace provides the best view of the west coast overlooking pueblos from Aguadilla to Rincon. The main level has three bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and access to the third level patio. The lower level studio has its own living room, bathroom, kitchenette and laundry. We recently added two paddle boards for our guests use. It is steps away from a fish market, an open-air restaurant (La Casa del Dorado) and only a short distance away from several neighborhood bars, food stands and a bakery. Located in the historic Barrio Espinar, this quaint neighborhood is home to the oldest church ruins on the island dating back to the 1500's.
