This listing includes the whole house, both floors! It has 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. There are two kitchens one on the top level, one on the lower level. Both levels have terraces with beautiful views of the ocean along with a grassy yard area and a patio where you can sit relax with a close view of the ocean. The yard has direct access to the beach and ocean. Our home is close to many restaurants, grocery store, and Rincon’s lively Plaza. The house is located on the beach. The rear yard provides direct access to the beach, there is always parking in front of the property. Our terrace has a panoramic view of the ocean featuring Desecheo island in the distance. This is a the perfect place to watch the sunset. Our kitchens are full stocked with anything you may need. Bath towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, beach towels, beach toys and more. We are located near shopping and restaurants, and bars. We are a 5 minutes drive from the quaint downtown Rincon Plaza. The plaza features shops, restaurants, and bars with fun activities including: the Thursday Art fair, and Sunday morning farmers market. Guest access information will be provide within 48 hours of your stay at our home. We are available by phone, text or email. Our home is situated in a small area called “Stella”. This is a clean, very private and quite community which runs along the coast and west of Road 115. There are two larger grocers stores, Econo and Edward’s Famco Mart that minutes away. There is also a good truck park with amazing food, deserts and drinks which is normally open Thursday thur Sunday evenings. There is always parking in front of our home which our guest can utilize.
