(There is the option to get 2 twin beds instead of 1 king bed) With just a few rooms available, we are working towards creating a cozy, humble, and local feel for our guests while keeping Aruba’s culture and rawness at heart. Our guests are adventurous, artistic, and interested in learning about our people and culture. The Studio is completely independent and has an outdoors kitchen with dining table where you can enjoy the nice weather in the shade. There is also room to park your car right in-front of your door. Inside the studio, there is a king bed, a sofa, tv, microwave, fridge, and a spacious bathroom. I live in an apartment on the opposite side of the property and am available by text (whatsapp) all the time. We are located in the middle of the island in a nice local area with local neighbors. Food nearby: - Magic Wok: chinese take away, 3 min walk There are a variety of other restaurants and fast food chains between 15 to 25 min walk. - There is a supermarket (10 min walk) - The city is 5 min drive (40 min walk) - The closest beach “Surfside” @ 8 min drive (44 min walk) - Eagle beach: 10 min drive (1:13 min walk) - Airport is 6 min drive (35 min walk) The best way to get around in Aruba is by car. You can get good deals on rentals if you book in advance. If you rather get around by bus, that is also possible of course. The bus stop is @ 15 min walk. The rate is $2.60 per ride. Keep in mind that the time-schedules are not very reliable so you might find yourself waiting on the bus longer than expected sometimes. The bus goes by twice every hour. On Sunday’s and holidays it passes only once every hour.
