The main room has the dining area next to the kitchen, and a double size bed (or the option of two single beds) next to the window. The apartment is at a walking distance of every attraction in downtown : Opera House, Florida street, government house, the historical Plaza de Mayo, the Obelisk, etc. As it was recently renewed, bathroom, kitchen, floor, equipment, everything is in perfect conditions. The apartment has air conditioning. The building has central heating system and also central water heating. The building is really safe as there is a manager during the day and security personnel by night.
