"Cedro" loft is a large space with eclectic and elegant architecture. Located in a residential and quiet area very close to the "Costanera Center" on the north bank of the Mapocho River, ideal for your stay in Santiago. - "Cedro" is a very cozy Loft. It has around 150 m2 and is made up of four floors with capacity for 6 to 8 people. - On the first floor is the access, guest bathroom, dining room, living room, private terrace, laundry area and kitchen. The latter is complete with a kettle, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, the Loft also has a washing machine and underfloor central heating. - The second floor is exclusive for the master bedroom, with a full bathroom and closet area. - On the third floor is the second bedroom, which has 2 single beds. - The Loft has a cozy multipurpose basement with a full bathroom and storage area, which depending on our guests, has worked perfect as a work office or additional bedroom with capacity for 2 people. If necessary, two more beds can be added for an extra value, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. - Baby cots are available. - It has cable TV and wifi. - The Loft has a private terrace or patio with a barbecue area. - At the entrance there is a sector for vehicle parking, which is shared with the guests of the other lofts. - Includes cleaning twice a week and a weekly change of sheets. - The bathrooms have the basic implements; soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, in addition to the delivery of towels according to the needs of the guests. Our home is next to the lofts so we normally try to help our guests with anything as soon as we can. Jaquie, our housekeeper, is always available to assist you. Our Lofts are located in a privileged area in Santiago, at the foot of Cerro San Cristobal, on the north bank of the Mapocho River, we are surrounded by parks and green areas, such as the Sculpture Park, the Metropolitan Park and the Bicentennial Park. It is an exclusive and residential area, however, when crossing the river (only 4 streets) you will find yourself in the most commercial area of Providencia, and the "Costanera Center" shopping center that has all the necessary services such as supermarket, fast food, restaurants, cinemas, shops, etc. On the north side of the river are highways to travel by car , taxis, buses. on the south side of the river , just 5 minutes walk away is access to subway stations "Lions " and " Tobalaba " Our main objective is to differentiate our service, for which, we have the following benefits: - Flexible check in and check out at no cost, so that during your stay you do not have to run to meet departure or arrival times. - Support with the transfer to and from the airport, as needed and agreed. - Free luggage storage service for guests who continue traveling through Chile and then return to Santiago.
