In this house we use rain water and well water, we recommend you to get drinking water for drinking and cooking. Before you make your reservation if you bring ONE pet, there is an EXTRA CHARGE of $35 for the stay. Before making a reservation please let us know if you are traveling with YOUR PET, we allow a maximum of ONE PET in the property, you must pay the ONE PET fee of $35 via airbnb, please comply with the following guidelines.: Only dogs are allowed no other type of animal (cats, birds, reptiles, etc.), Please note that pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to third parties or furniture, they cannot climb on beds, armchairs, hammocks or any other furniture. If the house has a swimming pool, the dog is not allowed to enter it. If we find dog hair on the sheets, towels or furniture at check out, we will have to charge the security deposit for extra cleaning and damaged items, we want to avoid this, if the pet is used to climb on the bed it would be best to bring your own sheets to place on top of the sheets of the house to avoid any inconvenience, also please make sure to pick up the poop around the house. We reserve the right to refuse admission to pets that cause a nuisance to the neighbors during the stay, to leave or enter the property you must always keep your pet on a leash. Your pet may not be left alone in the property at any time, to avoid disturbance to the neighbors by barking as well as damage to the property. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed from which you can see the forest, and there is a bathroom with toilet and sink. The bathroom is located in the garden 2mts from the house, decorated with artistic mosaics, very characteristic of the area, there is hot water. The house is equipped with safe, sheets, mosquito nets on both beds, fan, wooden floors. Wifi Internet, gas cooker with oven, refrigerator, blender, and all the necessary kitchen utensils so you can enjoy cooking in this environment surrounded by nature. To coordinate the check in it is best to call us when you are in Limón (1 hour before PV) so we can agree and wait for you at the house or on the road if necessary, we will show you the house and give you the keys so you can start enjoying your vacation!
