The big house is ideal for 3 couples to share, or 3 couples with young children. It also suits 2 couples. I recommend larger groups consider reserving the entire property, both houses. It is possible to reserve the 1 bedroom house only, $225 per night! Excellent privacy between the houses. Great for divers and for those in the group that don't dive. New to hosting on Airbnb, but 9 years and 131, 5 star reviews, between the 2 houses on other hosting site. May to October turtles come to nest on the beach and hatchlings can be seen making their run to the ocean. An unforgettable sight! The house will be open and the property managers will come by to help you settle in and answer questions. Doors are rarely locked on Cayman Brac, but we will have a key for you to use if you feel the need. You will love the privacy of our property, while being conveniently located in the West End where are all the restaurants and dive shops are. This is my real home, so if you are staying there, I am usually not on island, except the rare time some one rents the little house and I am in the big house, or a larger group rents the big house and I move over to the little house. There is privacy for all between the houses. The West End is the place to be on Cayman Brac. You think it is a small island but it can be time consuming to run from the east end to the bank, shops, resorts restaurants, dive companies, all located in West End, Cayman Brac. This is an island where you will want to rent a car to get around. Thank goodness the rates are reasonable and service is terrific at B&S Venture Motors, also located in the West End. They meet you at the airport with your car. The main shared spaces on the property are the laundry room, rinse tank and pool. For total privacy reserve the entire property 2 1/2 acres!
