People say that a picture is worth a thousand words, but no picture can describe the breathtaking views this private beautiful loft has to offer, from the serene city lights of Manzanillo during the night, to the amazing multicolored hues of the sunset reflecting over the Pacific Ocean. Located at the top of a hill with perfect views of the Santiago Bay, which entails the Playa La Boquita, Playa Miramar, Playa Santiago, Playa La Audiencia as well as La Punta de Santiago. A walk of about 500 yards down the hill gets you to the main boulevard Miguel De La Madrid and the beach Olas Altas. Where you can find Local Bus Transportation as well as cabs for hire convenience stores and more. On the beach you can find several bars, restaurants, surf shops, local vendors and their wares, arts and crafts and much more. This spacious loft residence is perfectly designed to use all the natural energy the world has to offer so your stay is always full of natural light and is naturally cool. During the day the sea breeze blows directly into the loft offering a much cooler stay than any other place below the hill at sea level At night the wind blows from inland over the mountains coming directly into the loft. Specially designed windows allow for the cool wind to recycle constantly inside the house creating a fresh atmosphere, and if you feel you need a little more cooling the multiple ceiling mounted fans, will take care of that for you; as well as the waterfall like fountain located inside the living room. We do not have Air Conditioning. The apartment has dryer and washing machines, fully equipped kitchen, Broadband internet with WiFi, flat HDTV, library collection of novels, single car garage, and an amazing pool with great ocean view and a 100ft x 50 ft terrace and palapa with outdoor dining tables and chaise lounges for sun bathing. We offer homemade food ($10USD for dinner, $8USD for breakfast per person) You will love the place! Entire property and all amenities. We interact with our guests as much as we are allowed to. We strive for your comfort and privacy, and usually will only go about the daily good morning and good night is everything ok. But if you are an open to conversation person trust that we will love to share all stories and in and outs of the town. You just have to ask. The hill location about 6 Celsius cooler than below at sea level. We love this about the property and the large amount of breeze that comes in from the ocean. Public transportation is available below the hill, since we are atop a steep hill be ready to have a brisk hike up and downhill. People who walk regularly (such as my 5 year old son) can go up and down without a big effort. I do recommend a car just for speed and convenience and specially for shopping.
