Relax in a spacious studio with french doors opening onto a 310 sq ft screened in porch surrounded by trees with access to a shared pool. It is an annex to Windward House, yet has a very private feel with it's own entrance. A European king size bed and a sofa bed that sleeps 2, this is the ideal space for a couple retreating or with small family. Fully equipped kitchen with both indoor and outdoor dining. A 5 minute walk to Long Bay beach and a 10 minute drive to the Grace Bay area. The studio has shared use of the 15m lap pool - this includes the other 2 guest houses on the property as well as Windward House and the pool is located in front of the main house. There is also a kids play area that includes a play house, pull up bars, slack line and adult friendly trampoline. Adults can use the jungle gym for personal training as well. A 5 minute walk away is a very quiet area of Long Bay Beach where you can kite or relax. The main “kite beach” is 10 minutes drive or a one mile walk up Long Bay Beach. The shops, restaurants, bars and Grace Bay are also an easy 10 minute drive away. We have a self check in system so you will be very self sufficient during your stay. There is a property manager who lives off site so there will be someone available for emergencies. Long Bay Hills is a quiet residential neighborhood and gives you an opportunity to connect back in with nature and the Grace Bay area is just a short 10 minute drive away where you can enjoy coffee shops, restaurants and go grocery shopping. The property is located along a dead end road, so there is minimal traffic. The closest beach access to Long Bay beach gets you to a very quiet end of the beach where you will often be the only person on the beach. It is possible to launch a kite or windsurfer from this beach or sit back, relax and enjoy the view. You can enjoy amazing morning and evening walks along the beach. The sandbanks surround this beach so the waves are never very big, making it perfect for kiting or kid friendly. The road to the property is along a dirt road so you may want to consider hiring a bigger car for your trip, though a smaller car can still make the journey. We are a 20-25 minute drive from the airport and most journeys that you will make on island from the guest house are about 15 minute drive away.
