New modern, air conditioned mini apartment located close to the main plaza, supermarket, shops and other amenities. We are on the famous Iquitos boulevard and its host of activities, restaurants, bars. This space has everything you need for a short or long stay with sleeping, en suite bathroom with hot water and living/kitchen area. It has a river view through the window although not front line. It doesn't have a balcony but there is a roof top terrace directly above. Guests have access to the roof terrace directly above the space with panoramic views of the river and jungle and also the ground floor wooden terrace/porch (also with river view). There is also a small garden where iguanas, owls, hawks, smaller birds and butterflies can be seen.. There is always someone on site to help you. The owner lives on site as well as a Peruvian family and bilingual Janeth is there 8.30 AM-1.30 PM and 4-7 PM. We are on the pedestrian part of the boulevard away from the traffic noise which can be a problem in Iquitos with approximately 20 thousand moto taxis (tuk tuks). We are the only place in a safe area and right next to the river. There is good restaurants/bars within 100 metres and also street food venders. You can also do a boat trip with one of our neighbours from the floating houses. You can grab a moto taxi on the corner and go anywhere in the centre for 2 soles (less than a dollar).
